1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using juncipriano.online and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Jun Cipriano provides the following services:

WordPress Development: Custom themes, plugins, and site builds
WooCommerce Customization: Ecommerce stores and configurations
YouTube Thumbnail Design: Custom thumbnail creation
Bug Fixes & Maintenance: WordPress/WooCommerce troubleshooting
Land Listing Websites: Real estate listing site development

3. Quotages and Payments

All prices are quoted in USD and are fixed unless otherwise specified
Payment is required before work begins (50% deposit, 50% on completion)
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer, credit cards
Invoices are due within 7 days of issue

4. Project Scope

Project scope is defined in the initial quote and confirmed upon payment
Additional work outside the original scope will be quoted separately
Changes to project scope may affect timeline and pricing

5. Delivery and Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
Delays caused by client (late feedback, content, etc.) may extend timelines
Rush delivery available at additional cost

6. Revisions

All projects include unlimited revisions until completion
Revisions must be requested within 30 days of delivery
Major scope changes after approval may incur additional charges

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of deliverables
We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
Third-party assets (fonts, images) remain subject to their original licenses

8. Warranties and Guarantees

We guarantee our work will function as specified at delivery
30-day bug fix guarantee for any issues in our delivered work
We do not guarantee third-party plugin compatibility

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption.

10. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time with written notice
Work completed up to cancellation point will be billed
Deposit is non-refundable if work has begun

11. Confidentiality

We treat all project information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent.

12. Support and Maintenance

Ongoing support is available through separate maintenance agreements
Support tickets are responded to within 24 hours
Emergency support available at premium rates

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days written notice. Obligations for completed work and payment survive termination.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Jun Cipriano operates.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
